Final Images: Final images will be delivered in digital format unless otherwise specified. The delivery timeline will be communicated to you upon completion of the shoot.

5. Usage and Licensing

Client Usage: The images provided are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased. You may not sell or distribute the images without our prior written consent.
Studio Usage: Creation Art Studio retains the copyright to all images. We may use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Client Responsibilities

Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate with the photographer(s) to ensure a smooth session. This includes being punctual, following directions, and providing necessary information or permissions.
Location and Permits: If the shoot is at a location requiring permits or permissions, it is the client’s responsibility to secure these.

7. Liability

Studio Liability: Creation Art Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Client Liability: The client is responsible for any damages to property or persons that occur during the photography session, including any damages caused by the client or their guests.

8. Changes and Revisions

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
